OM OFFICE PARK SRL (trading as OM Parking Zaventem) is committed to protecting your privacy. We process your personal data in a lawful, fair and transparent manner, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data do we collect?

We collect personal data that you provide when making a booking or contact request: surname, first name, email address, phone number, licence plate, flight details, billing information and payment data (processed via Mollie, a PCI-DSS-compliant payment provider).

3. Why do we use your data?

  • To execute your parking booking and shuttle service;
  • For customer service and communication about your booking;
  • For accounting and invoicing (legal obligation);
  • For parking lot security (CCTV);
  • For statistics and website improvement (Google Analytics, anonymised).

4. With whom do we share your data?

Your data is never sold. We only share it with partners necessary for the service (Mollie for payments, hosting provider, email provider) or with authorities when legally required.

5. How long do we keep your data?

Booking data is kept according to the legal retention period (accounting: 7 years). CCTV footage is kept for a maximum of 30 days. Marketing preferences until you unsubscribe.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data. Send your request to contact@omparkingzaventem.be. You can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — www.dataprotectionauthority.be).

7. Security

We implement technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Our website only operates over HTTPS.
