OM Parking is run by a stable team that operates the site every day:

  • Operations Manager — in charge of shuttle scheduling, parking capacity and the link with Brussels Airport. He also plans peak periods (holidays, long weekends).
  • Reservations & reception team — handles your emails and phone calls in English, French and Dutch, and welcomes you at the gate. Average response time on working days: under one hour.
  • Shuttle drivers — experienced drivers with a valid Cat. B licence and good knowledge of the airport routes. They track your flight information to time the transfer correctly.
