The shuttle is free between our car park and the airport terminal

All you have to do is indicate your return flight number and date on your booking form. We will give you a telephone number that you can call as soon as you arrive in Zaventem. We'll pick you up a few minutes later and take you back to your vehicle

You can cancel your booking free of charge by calling +32 (0) 471 927 440 or by sending us an email up to 1 hour in advance. After this time, we will charge you for the booking. If you have already paid your bill and wish to cancel your booking, please send us an email with your bank details and we will refund you by bank transfer

If you wish to make a change to your booking, please contact us by phone or email.

You can book your seat up to 24 hours before departure. If your flight is in less than 24 hours, please call us to make the reservation

Yes, we will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive your booking

You can pay by credit card or cash at OM Parking Zaventem. You pay when you drop off your vehicle. The car park will charge a supplement of €20 for vehicles longer than 4.80 metres

Vehicles over 4.8m will be charged an additional €20 directly at the car park. There will be a surcharge for any delay: 1st day = +25€ / following days + 10€/day

The shuttle is free for up to 4 people, then a supplement of €4.50 is applied per person from the 5th person upwards.
